Missy Elliott Inducted In Songwriters Hall Of Fame

Missy Elliott just became the first female hip-hop artist to get inducted into the songwriter's hall of fame.

She will be indicted along with John Prine, Tom T. Hall, Jack Tempchin, Dallas Austin and, Cat Stevens.

Not only is missy credited for writing the songs in her own catalog, but she also wrote songs for Aaliyah, Beyonce, and more.
