YNW Melly Could Get Death Penalty For Double Murder

If YNW Melly is found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder he may be looking at getting the Death Penalty. Capital punishment is totally legal in the state of Florida. 

The state of Florida believes rapper Melly is a gang member and believe they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Melly killed his friends in a calculated and premeditated manner. 

YNW Melly is still arrested with no bond.
