Kodak Black Gets Sentenced To 46 Months In Prison

U.S. District Judge Federico A. Moreno sentenced Kodak Black to 46 months in prison. But it does not stop there. Kodak will also have to be under supervision for 3 years after he is released from prison. 

The Florida rapper pleaded guilty in August 2019 for falsifying information to obtain a firearm. One of the illegally obtained firearms was found at the scene of a shooting in Pompano Beach.

Kodak Black was considered to be a danger to the community so the federal judge denied him bond.
