Kanye And Ty Dolla $ign Get Sued For Copyright Infringement

In a legal showdown, Kanye and Ty Dolla $ign have found themselves embroiled in a copyright infringement lawsuit. The dispute is centered around their use of Donna Summer's iconic 1977 hit, "I Feel Love," in their collaborative track "Good (Don't Die)" from the album "Vultures 1."

According to legal documents, representatives for Ye sought clearance for the use of "I Feel Love," but the estate, citing concerns over Ye's "controversial history," denied the request. Despite this, the song was released with a female vocalist singing altered lyrics to the melody.

The estate is seeking significant damages, approximately $150,000 for each act of infringement, alongside an injunction to stop the distribution of the song.
