Weekend Rotation: Lil Baby's FRESH, Skepta's Long-Awaited Return and 6 More Projects for Your Friday Night

Hip Hop Slime Weekend Rotation November 6 2026

New Music Friday did not ease up. HotNewHipHop's November 6 list ran more than two dozen deep, and Halloween already brought a Death Row reunion. Atlanta, London, Louisville, Vallejo, Shaolin, New Orleans, Boston and Long Beach all showed up. We sorted it. Here are the eight projects for your weekend rotation.

Lil Baby: FRESH

This is the headliner. FRESH is Lil Baby's fifth studio album and his first since WHAM in January 2025, a 17-song Quality Control/Motown set that clocks in around 47 minutes. Apple Music's notes put Future, Young Thug and Rylo Rodriguez on "All My Partnas" over London On Da Track, with Rylo returning alone on "In Your Head." The single doing the commercial work is Pharrell's "Dead Fresh," which had spent twelve weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 (No. 18 peak) and hit No. 1 at Urban and Rhythmic radio before album day. Metro Boomin handles closer "Keep Goin." Baby already told Complex a dedicated Future tape is probably off now that Thug is home, so that three-way cut is the moment. Start with "Dead Fresh." Want it on wax? Keep an eye on Lil Baby vinyl.

Skepta: The Fork and Knife

Seven years is a long wait. The Fork and Knife is Skepta's first solo album since 2019's Ignorance Is Bliss, 15 tracks via Big Smoke/Epic after years under the working title Knife and Fork. The guest list stretches wide: Novelist, Project Pat, Asake on "Aloe Vera," Aya Nakamura on "Chippie," Central Cee and Jorja Smith on "Broken Hearts," Suggs and Chase & Status on "Innocent Smile," and Fred again.. with PlaqueBoyMax on "Victory Lap." The eight-minute "Belly" cypher pulls in Frisco, JME, and more of the Boy Better Know orbit. Skepta has framed the record around life as a British son of Nigerian immigrants, and Apple Music ties the title to one of his mother's sayings. Conscious, still turnt. Hit "Innocent Smile," then let "Belly" cook.

Jack Harlow: Sweet Action II

Harlow keeps it short. Sweet Action II is a seven-song Atlantic EP that picks up from his 2020 breakthrough Sweet Action, with Apple Music dating it November 5. Babyface joins "TOO SOON," alongside "SIGNORA," "SHE GETS ME," "610 MAGNOLIA," "HOLD BACK," "PRESSURE" and "MOVE ON." Not a full LP, and that is fine. If you liked the conversational flex of the original, this is the warm-up before the heavier albums on this list.

SOB x RBE: From The Land

Vallejo's crew is back as a unit. From The Land reunites DaBoii, Slimmy B and Yhung T.O. for 13 EMPIRE songs after the singles "Someone," "Ten Summers" and the title track. Apple Music lists it at about 35 minutes, and HITS notes the only credited guest is 1 Umbrella on "Her Loss." The group said time let them grow up, become fathers, and remember they never stopped being brothers. "Paramedic!" on Black Panther: The Album put them worldwide in 2018. This tape bets those three voices still carry a full project. Start with "From The Land."

Mathematics & Wu-Tang Clan: Black Samson: The Saga Continues

Shaolin stays active. Black Samson: The Saga Continues follows 2025's Black Samson, the Bastard Swordsman with 10 Mathematics-led cuts. HotNewHipHop flags Method Man and AZ on "God Body," plus Masta Killa, Inspectah Deck, Planet Asia and Popa Wu on "Knowledge My Wisdom." Rome Streetz and Cormega pull up on "Brolic," Skyzoo lands on "Hennessy Pure," and U-God and NEMS show on "7:Thirty." If last year's Black Samson lived in your rotation, queue this Saturday morning.

Curren$y & Harry Fraud: Off To The Races

Spitta and Fraud make it look easy. Off To The Races is a 10-track, 25-minute Jet Life project and, per HotNewHipHop, Curren$y's fifth album of 2026. Rome Streetz is already out on "The Telethon," Wiz Khalifa returns for "Night Vision," Fendi P and Bruiser Wolf jump on "Go So Fast," and Jazzy glides through "Sound of The Rain." Apple Music calls it their ninth joint tape. Night-drive music. Cue "The Telethon" first.

Statik Selektah: Expensive Taste

Boston's workhorse went nuclear on features. Expensive Taste is a 21-song Mass Appeal marathon. Joey Bada$$ digs into "Growing Pains," 2 Chainz owns "No Time Soon," Paul Wall links with Smoke DZA and Kai Ca$h on "365," and "The Louvre" stacks Westside Gunn, Stove God Cooks, Joey and Rome Streetz. Styles P, Killer Mike, Raekwon, Freddie Gibbs, Busta Rhymes, Pharaoh Monch, Logic, Cordae and Hannibal Buress all eat. You will not finish this in one ride, and that is a compliment. Start with "Champagne Wishes."

Snoop Dogg & Kurupt: The Hollow

This one dropped on Halloween, October 31, and we are not skipping a Death Row reunion. The Hollow is an eight-track, 22-minute EP from Snoop and Kurupt, led by Rick Rock's "Neighbors." G Perico pulls up on "Get Yours On," Soopafly lands on "Fuss About It," and Snoop holds solo space on "A Dog Party" and "Almost Broke My Collar." Classic West Coast pocket, short enough to run twice. Honorable Mentions

Sexyy Red and GloRilla linked on "Jiggly Bow Bow." Molly Santana dropped "A Girl Is a Gun." HotNewHipHop also flagged French Montana's Coke Boys 7: All Dogs Go to Heaven, DeJ Loaf's OOSOOM, Lil Skies' 3rd Eye and Real Bad Man's On High Alert, Vol. 5 if your queue still has room.
