Mero Claps Back At DJ Akademiks On Hot 97
The new host of Hot 97 morning show Mero caught wind of the comments that DJ Akademiks had to say about him. He spent an entire segment of his show airing out his grievances against the former co-host of Complex's Everyday Struggle.
Mero went on to refer to Akademiks as a one-trick pony and that he is culturally irrelevant. For context, DJ Akademiks referred to Mero getting the Hot 97 morning show job as a DEI hire.
